I am an American and here's my 2 cents. I have done travels across all of South Asia.. Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Nepal. My experience is that qualitatively, Sri Lanka is far ahead of all the others, which deserves the name "gem of South Asia". But each country has its own strong points. One that really stood out was the quality of accommodation. In India, a 4 star hotel was really 3 stars in Sri Lankan standards. This is surprising, but in reality, a Sri Lankan 3 star hotel is much richer in all the aspects than an Indian 4 star hotel.. Road connectivity really shines out in Sri Lanka with pristine, well marked roads with better disciplined drivers. Less scammers, high generosity, high hospitality, great infrastructure, great nature and modern people make Sri Lanka a really top one for me. BUT... if you won't to focus more on individual experiences then you can pick and choose the other countries who sometimes exceed your expectations. For example Bhutan. A really fantastic Buddhist kingdom with lush greenery and mountain monasteries... If you want mountain experience, then of course look no further than Nepal!

Many rituals in Islam is related to Rituals associated with Hinduism. For example, circumambulation is a common practice in both Hinduism and Islam. Circulating the Kaaba during the Hajj is a central ritual, similar to the role of idols in Hinduism. Although there are similarities between Islamic practices and Hinduism, it is important to respect and understand the nuances of each religion and culture. Respect and understanding of all religions and cultures is important to promote unity and peace.

I think you really have probably kicked yourself in the foot for future Pakistani travellers. In all honestly , I think anyone of Pakistani origin should not be allowed into these areas. And I imagine the Indian government is taking notice of this story. What you forget is that the 1971 war was started by Pakistan. There are winners and losers in wars.

Kerala is better in many ways than many northindian states we are a small state densely populated we dont have much slums have better life style better educated society.. But we are basically indians we are well known for our hospitality.. You may have faced issues during your stay in northindian parts but that doesn't mean they are all bad.. And one more thing even if we have different political opinions we love our country as a whole i know you ppl too.. ❤
